Senior Finance Business Partner

An industry leading travel company are looking for an ambitious Senior Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. The company, based in Central London, have had year on growth of 200% and have worked with some of the biggest tour operators and travel suppliers in the industry. The company are looking to expand over the next two years and have also become the travel partner for a successful British football team. The role would involve leading massive commercial changes across the business and will offer massive exposure to strategic decision making. The successful candidate will have previous travel industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main commercial partner to all senior stakeholders and senior management
• Leading the budgeting and forecasting across the business
• Producing commercial analysis on all key profit drivers, including: market, competitors and performance
• Preparing insightful strategic plans based on analysis which will drive profit and create new business
• Negotiating new contracts with suppliers
• Business partner closely with the CFO in regards to 3 and 5 year plans, as well as the growth of the business
• Producing and presenting all investment appraisals for acquisitions and business improvements

Desired Skills and Experience

• Has had previous experience in the travel industry
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• Highly-motivated and pro-active self starter
• Must be fully qualified
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Has had experience in commercial finance
• A university degree is preferred but not required
