IFA Administrator
A leader in their field, our client requires an experienced IFA administrator to join their growing team.
The role involves providing admin support to the financial advice arm of the business providing client pension reviews to clients introduced by other financial advisers. The IFA arm is purely fee based.
It will involve liaising with clients, financial advisers, occupational pension schemes and product providers. You will be arranging client meetings, preparing application forms and pension illustrations.
An experienced administrator, with previous IFA office background, you will have great customer service skills and be able to manage and organise your work, whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy level.

1. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
1.1 Ensure that client pension reviews are actively progressed, and run smoothly, through all stages of a client review in accordance with internal services standards and procedures and within FCA guidelines.
1.2 Provide technical admin support to the financial advisers.
1.3 Liaising with clients and introducing financial advisers regarding progress of client pension reviews.
1.4 Processing business from beginning to end, liaising with product providers and existing pension schemes.
1.5 Process and submit application forms and proposals, either via post or electronically as appropriate.
2. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
2.1 Previous IFA Administrator experience required.
2.2 Experience and knowledge of how to provide good customer service.
2.3 Excellent communication skills - both verbally and in written formats.
2.4 Management of several tasks simultaneously, working within service standards to meet deadlines.
2.5 Knowledge of FCA regulations and pensions.
2.6 General IT skills, confidence in using computers.
