What’s the product?

Gas, Electricity and Boiler Care to residential customer sales on behalf of one of the largest energy firms in the UK.

What’s the hours?

At present we operate 12:30pm to 8:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 11:30am to 7:30pm on a Friday.

Are we only paid for productive hours?

Absolutely not, you will be paid 37.5 per week plus any overtime.

What’s the training like?

We offer five weeks training, first week classroom based, followed by four weeks in Grad Bay. Our training extends way beyond Grad Bay though, so even the best in the business have regular coaching sessions to help get them to the next level.

Can I make bonus in Grad Bay?

Absolutely, Grad Bay is no waiting area at Ago Outsourcing, our grad teams are highly stocked with experienced sales professionals and the data you are dialling is hot too. Not only that, but you will be supported by the best performing agents / trainers in the business. Put all this together and you’ve got a recipe for Grad Bay that will give most core teams a run for their money!

When can I start?

Our next intake is scheduled for Monday 16th April 2018.
