Stewardship Manager - Memory Walk

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Supporter Journey & Retention manager to help lead and deliver engaging, stewardship journeys for our flagship fundraising event Memory Walk, to grow our fundraising income and participant engagement.

This role will develop and strategically project manage the events stewardship programme for new and existing supporters across multichannel campaigns, including digital, social, print and telephone ensuring improved payer rates, increase in average gift and continued lifetime support across Alzheimer's Society.

About you
You will need to be enthusiastic, creative and highly organised. You will be used to working across a variety of projects and be able to prioritise your workload effectively. You will be experienced in organising and promoting events within the charity sector. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and successful team and help us to grow event income in the coming years.

With excellent communication skills, you'll develop strong working relationships with internal & external stakeholders and have experience analysing and presenting data. You will have significant experience using email system platforms such as Smart focus and database systems.
