The Global Planning Team is integral to the Company strategy to be a truly Global Retailer. Within the GP team, the intake team work closely with merchandising, supply chain and logistics to plan, forecast and manage how intake flows into the business. We have an exciting opportunity for an Intake Planning Assistant to support the team.
What you'll be doing
Working with Retail, Supply Chain and Logistics and International Planning on a daily / weekly basis.
Supporting Intake Planner with managing intake forecasts v targets on a weekly basis.
Assisting Intake Planner to implement and maintain new intake processes, and build the intake department.
Supporting ASOS moving website to warehouse, building in and maintaining processes to manage intake flow into the global FCs
Producing regular reports to update on daily / weekly booking status v capacity.
Support in compiling daily, weekly and monthly intake forecasts.
Circulating and escalating intake information to stakeholders as necessary.
Deputising for Intake Planner as necessary.
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with teams throughout the business.
Providing training for new intake stakeholders

Experience at a senior MAA level
Awareness of current trends and what is happening in retail
An analytical and proactive approach
Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels
Can handle multiple tasks, managing priorities and focus as needed
High organisation skills, able to use initiative and to work in pressurised environment
Keen attention to detail.
High numerical competency
Has advanced knowledge of Excel
Flexible, self-motivated and enthusiastic
