Real Estate Lawyer, 1+ PQE

We are looking to recruit further solicitors into our highly rated team in Newcastle. This particular role will give the successful candidate a chance to experience a wide range of property matters from acquisitions and disposals, development work and asset management work for investors, to corporate support and real estate finance. The team is extremely busy and the successful candidate will very quickly be able to get stuck in to great quality work with local and national clients. Our clients span the public and private sector, and include household names in the housing, commercial investment and development, banking, education, energy and chemical sectors. To make a success of this role the successful candidate will have at least 1 years' experience as a real estate lawyer, having already gained exposure to quality real estate transactions. There will be plenty of opportunities for client contact and you'll be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with these contacts. Business development is also an important aspect for all of our lawyers, and at every level we expect a contribution to the growth of the team by assisting with the organisation of and attending client events, writing articles for our website or other publications and other marketing activities.
