The school in Enfield are looking for a passionate and bright graduate who will adapt to the demands of a KS1/KS2 class environment. The Primary Teaching Assistant must possess a strong academic background which is demonstrated through Degree and GCSE's.
The Primary Teaching Assistant will benefit from having some prior experience, either paid or voluntary, working with young people as it will demonstrate you a pre-existing desire to work within the field!
You will be responsible for providing general classroom support in either a KS1 or KS2 in the majority of your time, however when required you will be asked to work across the whole school to ensure all pupils are receiving the focused support they need. The Primary Teaching Assistant must work with lower-ability pupils and have strong academic knowledge to ensure everyone is reaching their SPAG targets.
