We are recruiting on behalf of an established Estate Agency based in the South Oxfordshire area. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with previous experience of the industry or someone looking to change their current career path. You will possess tremendous attention to detail, proven leadership qualities and a real passion for business development.

Main Responsibilities

•Managing the diary
•Conducting Valuations
•Winning new business and listing new instructions
•Assisting with general departmental tasks such as booking and conducting viewings
•Maintaining client relationships, including communicating with landlords on a regular basis
•Reporting to the Lettings Director on figures and market analysis
•Monitoring competitor performance and activity
•Promoting additional services to existing clients
•Managing Lettings staff and conducting regular performance reviews
•Develop staff through constant coaching, mentoring and training to help them reach their full potential
•Take overall responsibility for the professional running of the lettings' businesses within your jurisdiction and ensure that the care of the staff is your top priority
•Secure and improve our reputation
•Constantly look to improve our market share, identifying all opportunities to grow the business and ensure the growth of its profitability
