Senior Consultant / Assistant Branch Manager - Industrial Recruitment
Basic to GBP25 - 35k + top industry commission + car allowance DOE

I am currently looking to recruit a Senior Consultant who is looking to move into a Branch Manager role.
My client is one of the UK's leading independent agencies who have recently opened an Industrial / Technical branch on the outskirts of Sheffield city centre (with parking).
My client is looking for someone who knows the local market and is successfully doing the role of a Senior Consultant but who is looking for career progression.
There is rapid elevation prospects here as the Area Manager who is opening the branch is looking to hand over the role to the Senior within the next 6 months - to allow time to settle in.
This company is a market leader in its field and staff retention is excellent - the majority of consultants in the branches (12 UK wide) have been with the company over 5 years the most of the managers 10+, joining in a recruitment consultant capacity.
They will pay whatever it takes to bring on board a strong industrial / high street recruiter who can build a branch / lead a team by example.
