Due to continued growth my clients a UK leading recruitment agency has opened an opportunity for a Resourcer to join the Leeds office in the Blue Collar Construction Team that has been the flagship branch for over 4 years!

What is your role? You will be joining a very busy / established blue collar division and will be supporting/resourcing candidates for Consultants.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and well established recruitment business with great career and earning potential. They are searching for candidates from any recruitment agency with willingness to work hard in order to reap the benefits.
You must be an experienced resourcer from a recruitment agency environment to be considered for this role.
So, what will your duties and responsibilities be?
• Sourcing and locating potential candidates through social media and through a database
• Registering and screening candidates over the phone
• Understand candidates' situations and needs
• Arranging interviews for your candidates
• Working with a team of consultants
• Advertise jobs on social media and job boards
• Onsite Training plans
• Career progression into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant
And what qualities would we like from you?
• Confident over the phone
• Excellent time management skills
• Hard working and driven
• Money motivated
• Willing to learn and develop a career
This role offers invaluable experience working within a leading Recruitment Consultancy, offering extensive training and an impressive basic salary of GBP20,000 per annum!
