We are now looking for a proactive, motivated and insightful operations and data management professional with a positive can-do attitude to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of improving operational performance within a team and who is confident to lead the development and implementation of data management and digital systems strategy. As our Operations and Data Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our operations are delivering against our strategy. Working closely with the Chief Executive and the engagement and programme delivery teams, you will develop an understanding of our operations and develop metrics for measuring operational performance and identify areas for operational improvement. In particular, you will lead on the delivery of a new data management and digital systems strategy that will enhance the delivery of our operations and allow us to effectively collect and analyse data in order to track and evaluate progress against our strategic vision and better engage our community. To succeed in this role you will need to be an excellent team player, skilled and proficient in listening to operational needs, identifying recommendations and supporting others to implement changes. You will be confident in managing contracts with business services providers and consultants and able to manage a varied workload and multiple competing priorities. You will also need a high level of competency in developing performance metrics, using management information systems and you will have strong IT skills with a proven ability to interpret, analyse, present and draw meaningful conclusions from data.
