Head of Design - Creative Services Role context As a team, we are set up very much like an in-house agency to serve everyone creatively at HTB - and ensure that the message of the church is delivered to the right people, at the right time, with the right impact, in the right way. As a team, we aspire to pursue creative excellence in everything we do. In any environment creativity takes courage. But we are blessed to be able to take our strength from scripture: 'But as for you, be strong and courageous, for your work will be rewarded.' (2 Chronicles 15:7) Our internal mantra is 'None of us is as good as all of us' - which neatly describes our integrated campaign approach to key projects. We always start with strategy first - understanding all the issues surrounding a brief, our target audience and the environment in which they will see our communications. And, we operate with a full range of services - from Design, Moving Image, Marketing Comms (including social, editorial & digital) and Production.
