Head of Design - Creative Services Role context As a team, we are set up very much like an in-house agency to serve everyone creatively at HTB - and ensure that the message of the church is delivered to the right people, at the right time, with the right impact, in the right way. As a team, we aspire to pursue creative excellence in everything we do. In any environment creativity takes courage. But we are blessed to be able to take our strength from scripture: 'But as for you, be strong and courageous, for your work will be rewarded.' (2 Chronicles 15:7) Our internal mantra is 'None of us is as good as all of us' - which neatly describes our integrated campaign approach to key projects. We always start with strategy first - understanding all the issues surrounding a brief, our target audience and the environment in which they will see our communications. And, we operate with a full range of services - from Design, Moving Image, Marketing Comms (including social, editorial & digital) and Production. What drives and motivates us is our ability to amplify the various life changing messages that are delivered through our many services, courses or events throughout the year to ultimately play our part in the evangelisation of the nation, the revitalisation of the church and the transformation of society.
