We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Children's care manager** to manage a brand new Children's home in the Kenilworth area. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop in this role as your own, along with creating, managing and growing your team.

You will have strong experience and knowledge of the OFSTED inspection framework. You will be responsible for progressing any complaints or child protection concerns along with working alongside support workers and professionals bodies to safeguard and promote the welfare of young people.

The recruitment of your own team will be pivotal to your new role furthermore ensuring that each member of staff has a supervision contract and receives supervision in line with the children's homes regulations and company policy.

To apply for this role you MUST possess the following skills:

*NVQ4 Residential Care or equivalent and Level 5 Management qualification is essential to this role
*Driving License- Desirable not essential
*Childcare legislation and Safeguarding knowledge
*Within the last 5 years have experience of at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children
*At least one years experience in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role
