This new and rapidly growing group has completed 12 acquisitions since April 2016, which has seen their employee base grown from 50 to 800+ people in 18 months with 24 offices. As a consequence, their environment is an exciting place to be, as well as rapidly changing and will continue to grow.
They require a Communications and Engagement Consultant to analyse, devise & deliver the employee communications strategy around employee benefits for our clients. This person will be responsible for developing the communication and engagement consultancy side of the business (working directly with new and existing clients) to help educate and engage employees about their benefits packages.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Employee Benefits consultancy team, taking the lead on clients, strategies, and deliverables. They will also take full responsibility for scoping, planning and delivering integrated campaigns. Furthermore, they will measure the impact of communications deliverables and take-up of benefits and identify ways to continually improve. They will also devise, source, create and finalise all communications materials including animations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in communications - in-house or external agency/consultancy.
They will possess a "can-do" attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up. Self-confidence and ability to present to senior board members and other senior stakeholders is an essential requirement for the role.
Proven track record of developing communications strategies, with methods to measure their impact and effectiveness. Excellent editorial skills and the ability to lead or support multiple projects or clients simultaneously are required in the role.
