Cross Keys Homes is Peterborough’s leading Housing Association and largest provider of affordable housing. We are also the city’s largest provider of independent living, offering a range of services from the Lifeline emergency alarm through to community care and sheltered housing.

This is a really exciting time to join our Neighbourhood Delivery team as demand for our tenancy, community and neighbourhood services continues to grow. As such, we are looking for a Neighbourhood Manager to join our busy team. You will be responsible for managing all tenancy and neighbourhood issues through early intervention and early resolution to improve customer satisfaction, quality of lives and communities.

You will have prior knowledge and experience of housing and will be working enabling you to advise and make decisions on housing/tenancy related matters. Adept at building and maintaining effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, you will relish the challenge of working in a busy and varied environment.

You will have experience of working with and supporting vulnerable people and have the ability to meet deadlines under pressure whilst maintaining a high quality service. You will ideally be a qualified housing professional (or equivalent) with exceptional communication skills.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, therefore you will be asked to declare all convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings irrespective of whether they are spent or unspent.  The successful candidate will be required to apply for and maintain an enhanced DBS certificate.
