An exciting deputy manager opportunity has become available with a leading Midlands based provider of residential, respite and supported living care for adults with learning disabilities.
You will be based within a state of the art supported living setting in the Solihull area and become a key part of an organisation who provides bespoke and personalised care packages. You will join a new service which is opening in early summer.
Employed on a full time basis, you will receive direction and guidance from a passionate care manager and deputise for them in their absence.
You will lead a team of care and support staff and maintain a safe and homely environment that promotes high quality care and support in line with CQC guidelines.
You will be responsible for care and support planning, liaising with external agencies and promoting independence.
This is the perfect opportunity for a skilled and competent team leader who is seeking the next step on their career ladder or for an already established deputy manager who is seeking to work for a fast growing provider.
To be considered for this exciting deputy manager position, you will hold the QCF level 3 in health and social care and demonstrate extensive experience within supported living settings for adults with learning disabilities.
Flexibility to share the on call rota is also essential.
