To support the Accounts Payable Manager with general accounts payable administration and day to day administration of the purchasing process
A market leader in technologies specializing in supply chain and field services. The company is extensively used by many businesses and a successful Oxford based establishment.
The role encompasses all support processes for the Account Payable Manager from reconciliation and resolving invoices and account queries. Liaising with new suppliers, obtaining quotes and costs for goods and services. Minimizing the approved supplier list and ensuring all documentation with suppliers and clients is up to date and filing, scanning is accurate and easily locatable.
Previous experience in an administrative role and providing support to the accounts team at all levels. Microsoft Office Intermediate to advanced level is essential.
Knowledge and understanding of accounting processes with experience in a purchasing admin department. Knowledge of VAT and PS Financials Software Package preferred.
£21,000 per annum, Monday to Friday, 8 to 4
