We have an exciting opportunity for an experience customer relations and business development candidate to join an established leader within the Ports & Logistics industry. Due to an expansion of services, our Client is seeking to recruit a Customer Account Specialist to oversee customer relations and champion the business development for their NEW and exciting division of vehicle enhancement.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Dealing with customer issues in a professional and speedy manner
- Analysing customer business relationships in collaboration with production and management
- Analysing performance for customers and create/follow up action plans to improve performance in partnership with both production and management
- Liaising with customers to ensure forecast information is received and ensure distribution within the organization
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Expand and deepen existing relationships and assist with tender/ quotation requirements
- Liaise with customers and Production to organize pre-build meetings to agreed lead-times, build capacity, build locations and parts supply etc.
- Review and improve processes with Production and General Management
- Ability to demonstrate confidence in working under pressure and using initiative
