Landscaper / Groundwork Operative

An opportunity for a Landscaper / Groundwork Operative to join an extremely diverse and small close knit company.  

You will be working on a variety of projects for local authorities, domestic and commercial clients. Most days will start within the yard, preparing materials and machinery to go to site. Working in a small team you will then be carrying out general groundwork directly for the client. This would include excavations, paving, drainage, clearance ect.

You will need to be over 25 years old due to insurance policies with company vehicles

Previous experience operating diggers and dumpers would be advantageous (but not essential)

Key features of the role

• Delivering machinery to customers. Diggers dumpers etc
• Working on site and from the yard
• General groundwork excavating, paving clearance work
• Preparing vehicles and equipment for site
• Customer  facing

About you

• Clean driving license
• 25+ due to insurance policy on vehicles
• Previous landscaping/groundwork experience is necessary
• Machine experience advantageous but  not essential

Hours – 7:30 til 5pm. Part onsite part yard based.

Good rates of pay for a proactive hard working individual.
