Kitchen Assistant/Catering Assistant
Description:We are looking to recruit a part/full time Kitchen Assistant and a part/full time Catering Assistant to join our existing team in the kitchen of our Care Home. Previous experience of working in a busy kitchen would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given. The position of Kitchen Assistant involves washing and cleaning of all crockery and utensils, tray setting, and preparation of food trolleys. The position of Catering Assistant will include assisting the qualified cooks in the general preparation of all meals and snacks and other general catering duties.
The position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Full training will be given.
