Teaching Staff

Due to continued growth, R.E.A.L Education are recruiting a number of teaching staff; from Teaching Assistants to Maths, English and Science Teachers to support the 1:1 Personalised Learning Programme in Leicestershire. We would be particularly interested in hearing from you if you have previous experience of working with children and young people who have special educational needs and/or medical needs.

R.E.A.L Education Ltd work with young people from across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire who do not access full time mainstream education provision. The reasons why young people are not educated in a school environment can vary and at R.E.A.L Education we provide them with bespoke individualised programmes and help them to achieve and experience success. We require a number of Teaching Assistants and Teachers who thrives on being creative and enjoys delivering education in innovative ways.
