THE ROLE
This role will require the appointed Commercial Property Paralegal to work alongside skilled fee earners within the department, managing your own caseload with support at hand when it is required. The Commercial Property paralegal will be running basic commercial property files that will include plot sales, and assisting with Commercial Property matters along with various other duties to assist in the running of the Real Estate department. You will be supported and reporting to senior staff members, who are committed to the personal and professional development of all team members, providing the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to broaden their expertise.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Commercial Property Paralegal will ideally have a law degree, as well as experience of working in a legal environment and ideally a specialist knowledge of this area of law. The paralegal should have excellent organisational skills, work well under pressure and be able to cope with a heavy workload. The ideal candidate will have experience of either commercial or residential property work and be able to demonstrate extensive legal knowledge, commercial acumen and have the ability to develop client relationships.
