HGV Technician
Manchester
GBP13.22 - GBP14.42 per hour dependent on shift
Overtime available - average 5-10 hours per week currently
OTE GBP35,000 - GBP40,000
My client, one of the largest bus and truck manufacturers in the world is actively seeking to add a fully skilled, experienced and qualified HGV Technician to their team at their depot in the Manchester area.
Working in a team of HGV Technicians specifically on buses the successful applicant will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair.
HGV Technician duties will include:
- General servicing
- vehicle inspections
- MOT preparation / presentation
- Fault finding
- Diagnostics
The successful HGV Technician must have industry recognised qualifications, either City & Guilds or NVQ Level Three.
Hours of work are on one of three shift patterns (all Monday to Friday; no weekends except for overtime) and they are:
6am - 2pm
2pm - 10pm
10pm - 6am
