12 hour shifts,,
Compliance with security assignment instructions and SLA's agreed in the contract meet the requirements of the client and company
Carry out security services patrols
Carry out routine Fire patrols/checks
To ensure that all Fire procedures are implemented and monitored at all times.
Assist in compliance of all customer policies and procedures are adhered too.
To ensure that all Aktrion Facilities Services Ltd policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Assist in providing quality service is delivered to the customer at all times.
To report immediately any breach of policies and procedures.
To safe guard the customer's premises and equipment at all times.
To report immediately any misuse, damage or threat to the customers or AFS property & equipment.
To provide holiday cover by working a reasonable amount of overtime
To be proactive and diligent whilst carrying out daily duties.
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Smart appearance and wear authorised uniform at all times
Liaison with Client
To establish and maintain a positive working relationship with the client
To take a pro-active approach to client issues/complaints
Assist providing reports/documentation required
