Fixed term contract up to March 2020 One of the UK's most inspiring and best known faith-based organisations, The Salvation Army is a Prime Contractor for the Adult Victims of Modern Slavery Care and Coordination Services Contract. We are looking for a Project Support Officer to join the Contract Management Team based in central Birmingham. Job Summary: Delivery of support to victims is through a supply chain of 2nd tier sub-contractors located across England and Wales. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Support Officer will lead on the development, collation, reporting and analysis of Management Information. Key Responsibilities: Using your knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Structured Query Language (SQL) to access and manipulate data held in a Case Management System, you will ensure the Contract Management Team fulfils its obligation to produce timely and accurate Management Information. You will analyse Project data, report on trends and identify potential areas for further research. You will be an Expert User of the case management system, producing guidance and training materials for other users. Having oversight of the Quality Management Framework, attention to detail and the ability to perform to a high standard of accuracy are paramount in this role. Successful Candidates will be: Educated to Level 4 standard or have significant relevant experience Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) A Project Management qualification is desirable.
