This local nursery requires a qualified Nursery Nurse or Nursery Assistant to work 4/5 days a week to join their team in this excellent nursery setting, providing the highest level of care for children attending the nursery, under the guidance of senior staff.
Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurseries are required to work a 41 hour week.
NURSERY NURSE / NURSERY ASSISTANT KEY TASKS
The responsibility of a Nursery Nurse is:
Helping children with their learning, play, educational and social development within the nursery
To provide a positive practice role model to ensure that values are maintained.
To supervise and support children at all times.
Your role as a Nursery Nurse will be to contribute to maintaining an attractive and welcoming environment.
To prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of senior staff.
To assume key carer responsibilities for designated children and assume responsibility as and when required.
