The Youth Development Unit is responsible for delivering the Enfield Youth Strategy

This exciting role will see you leading our universal youth work programmes. Working across the borough and in partnership with statutory and third sector partners, you'll be responsible for delivering and co-ordinating the borough youth offer at an operational level. It's a chance to support structured educational programmes and courses, to train volunteers for youth clubs and deliver a diverse range of activities. For this, you'll need a qualification in youth work, social work, informal education or community education.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post
