Now, they are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to join their growing Advertising Team on a full or part time basis.

The Role: 

As the Business Development Manager / Sales Executive, you will sell our client’s tailored advertising solutions.  

Our client believes their advertising offering provides high value for customers through their bespoke packages. Working closely with customers, you’ll become an extension of their marketing team by offering bespoke advertising campaigns that meet their specific needs, as opposed to off-the-shelf banner adverts. 

Specifically, you will: 

- Find new customers who have problems and challenges that our client’s advertising solutions can resolve 
- Receive coaching while selling each of these solutions by experienced Sales Managers 
- Gain exposure to difference markets and styles of working 
- Travel to customer sites a handful of times each year (don’t worry – you’ll have plenty of notice) 

About You: 

To join this passionate team as a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive, you’ll need: 

- A passion for sales and some experience of selling to businesses (previous experience of selling advertising is not required) 
- An open-minded, curious nature 
- To be committed to delivering great customer value and service 
- Great communication and relationship-building skills 
- The willingness to occasionally travel (sometimes internationally) to visit customers 

Due to public transportation links, a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be beneficial. 

The role is commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Redditch, Kidderminster, Solihull and Stourbridge. 

This position is also available on a part time basis. Our client is happy for you to suggest your ideal days and hours for working. However, as their customer base is international, whole days are preferred. For example, working 11am to 3pm will mean you will struggle sell to their Asian and American markets.
