This role will be working for one of the UK's fastest growing E-Cig retailers. They are currently looking to recruit an HR Administrator based in their Head Office in Newbridge.

Duties will include:
- Being a point of contact for HR enquiries;
- Advising employees and managers on policies and procedures;
- Assisting the HR Manager with employee relations cases;
- Administration of clocking system;
- Taking minutes for meetings;
- Keeping holiday trackers up-to-date;
- Posting job adverts;
- Carrying out new start background checks;
- Preparing all new starter contracts and offer letters;
- Maintaining employee files;
- Any other ad hoc HR admin requests

The successful candidate will have:
- have experience within a fast paced environment;
- previous HR admin experience;
- CIPD qualified;
- be able to travel;
- hold a clean UK drivers license;
- have experience in retail or hospitality.

A competitive salary is offered on a 40 hour contract.
