Internal Account Manager - Telecoms
Are you friendly but tenacious, fun but resilient? YB Communications a growing telecoms need an Internal Account Manager to develop business with existing customers and manage upgrades and renewals.
About us:
YB Communicatications provides a range of telecoms services through two B2B brands. We’re o2 & EE partners and sell both landline and mobile products. We’re small but well established and have grown rapidly over the last five years.
About the role:
There’s no cold calling in this role. All of your calls will be to existing customers. You’ll be tasked with ensuring we have strong relationships with our existing customers. This will involve calling and liaising with our customers, quoting and signing deals and some elements of problem solving with our internal support teams.
About you:
You must have account handling experience either as an existing Account Manager or an Account Executive looking to step up.
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate some or all of the following:
- Experience of sales in a b2b environment
- Experience of WLR & calls, SIP and leased lines
- An understanding of Telecoms Systems and Hosted VOIP product knowledge
- Mobile telecom sales experience and product knowledge
The right attitude will be valued as much as experience.
The package
- Basic salary £20-£25k depending on experience + uncapped commission.

A part time role with pro-rata salary and benefits would be considered for the right candidate.
