Daniels Healthcare (now part of the MAUSER Group, a worldwide leading company in Industrial Packaging) is regarded as a market leader in disposable product sales to the NHS and the wider healthcare market. They manufacture and market moulded polypropylene waste containers for hospitals, surgeries, needle exchange schemes, councils and the clinical waste industry. Their ongoing success is based upon strong relationships and with the market growing both in the UK and overseas, they have lots of opportunities for further expansion and growth.  On that basis, they now have a new and exciting opportunity for a Local Customer Support person to join their team in the Central & North of England covering an area including [Northumberland, Cumbria, Durham, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cheshire, North Lincolnshire, Manchester, Leeds, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire].

We are looking for a person who will not only ensure the retention of our Private accounts, but also target new, similar business in order to deliver profitable growth. They will assist the Daniels Sales Team in NHS Trusts

This Main tasks in this role are:

• Auditing NHS Hospitals
• Auditing Private Hospitals
• Producing Audit reports
• Carry out Staff training
• Fitting brackets
• Attending exhibitions

The role is key to the continuous growth of the business.  Previous sales/ development experience is not essential but you will need to be an excellent communicator/relationship builder. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual and we will need to see demonstrable achievements in your application in order to be considered for this role. 

Essential requirements are:

• Full Driving license
• Able to travel and stay away from home
• Computer literate
• Working Knowledge of Excel
• Living in the Manchester area
