Senior Business Analyst/Project Analyst

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a logistics company for a Senior Business Analyst/Projects Analyst to join their team.

This is a home based role however you would attend clients and stakeholders/SME on a weekly basis- company car included!

As a Senior Business Analyst/Projects Analyst you will be collaborating with multiple business functions, working with project management teams to provide Business Analytics and best practice techniques.

You will be responsible for:

-Cross functional Business Analyst
-Work in collaboration with IT and Project teams on over 20 projects
-Support the development of end -to - end solution design
-QA & Testing

Some of your responsibilities will include:

-Process analysis and design
- Requirements capture and analysis (ideally user stories)
- Support the creation of Business Cases
- Supporting the development of an end-to-end solution design to meet business requirements and enable the organization to better meet its goals
- Project estimation and planning
- Business/data modelling tools including MS Visio
- Workshop facilitation
- Assist in the creation of user guidelines for process and system changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges and issues
- Solution testing

To be considered for this role you must have the below Skills & Competencies:


-3-6 years+ experience in project Business Analyst roles - other project roles advantageous
- Excellent analytical skills
- Process modelling
- Excellent business process and data mapping skills
- MS Visio and good general PC skills (e. MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experienced in workshop facilitation
- Experienced in producing project documentation e. Business Cases, Business Requirements, blueprints, PID's.
- Experience of different project methodologies - Project Management experience is an advantage

Desirable- Six Sigma Qualification and previous experience working within a Logistics industry

Salary offered £40K - £45K + company car
