As the company continues to grow, we now have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our finance team as an assistant accountant.
Accounts Experience is essential, a minimum of AAT level is preferable, Excel Intermediate level, Sage 50 Professional would be an advantage.
The right candidate will be proficient at all levels and experience is essential in this role.
Responsibilities will include:
1 Support with Audit schedules
2 VAT reconciliation and preparation up to sign off stage
3 Cash forecasting and reconciliation
4 Processing, reconciliation and ownership of the sales ledger
5 Responsible for month end journals
6 Bank Reconciliations and banking requirements
7 Nominal monthly reconciliations and TB Preparation work
8 Project reporting and commercial support
9 Management company accounts, preparation and returns
10 Sage payroll
11 Processing supplier invoices
