Gateway Housing Association is in the heart of East London with over 3,000 homes. We provide homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale, and we run our own in house repairs service.  We are also the largest provider of sheltered housing in Tower Hamlets.

  • We care about our staff and invest in their personal and professional development and are looking for a graduate with an RICS accredited degree.
  • This is an exciting two-year programme which will give you a combination of practical on-the-job experience; formal technical and commercial learning and professional development; to deliver a range of projects from inception to completion.
  • You will work towards obtaining your RICS qualification through structured training and will pursue either Project Management or Planning and Development pathways.
  • We are a small team and you will be coached and supported during your day to day work and have direct access to our senior management and professional internal and external key stakeholders.
  • You will be assessed during monthly reviews and your success will lead to career progression to the role of Senior Development Project Officer.
  • If you are a self starter, motivated and have the relevant skills we would like you to join our small team who are fun, but also hard working. We will provide plenty of opportunities for learning and development with internal and external development partner.
