We are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to work for a manufacturing company located in the Matlock area.
THE DUTIES:
* Managing a team of 6 Multi Skilled Electrician's / Engineer's and 1 Continuous Improvement Engineer.
* Managing CAPEX projects (GBP0.25million to GBP1.5 million).
* Manage and co - ordinate an extensive PPM's (Planned Preventative Maintenance) programme.
* Project management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Educated to a minimum HNC Level in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Excellent man management, organisation and communication skills.
THE SALARY:
You will be paid a basic salary of between GBP45,000 and GBP50,000 per annum (depending on experience), plus outstanding benefits
