Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Position

The Firm: Croftons Solicitors LLP is a niche property, housing and regeneration, and charity team of lawyers based in the centre of Manchester.

We have a clear vision to become a leading provider of legal services, with a full legal offering, to the housing and regeneration sector.

As part of our property services, we have a small residential conveyancing team, acting for individuals and limited companies, and providing excellence in legal advice alongside an efficient and personal service.

The opportunity: We are seeking a Paralegal for our residential conveyancing team. We invite applications from legal secretaries with many years’ residential conveyancing experience or from part qualified Licensed

Conveyancers/Legal Executives or existing experienced residential conveyancing paralegals. All candidates need to have experience in approving contract packs and largely running their own files.

We welcome applications both from those seeking full time employment, and those preferring reduced working hours (minimum 26 hours each week).

Strong client care skills are essential.
