Multilingual IT Service Desk Advisor

Brook Street UK Ltd is currently recruiting for a French Speaking IT Service Desk Analyst to join our clients successful service desk, a candidate who is very passionate about customer service and willing to go the extra mile and learn on the job

We are looking for a Helpdesk professional to join the team. With the chance for rapid internal progression and working within a fast moving and busy environment, the chance to learn and be challenged in a fun and supportive business will really appeal to the right individual


The successful candidate will be responsible for
Providing 1st Line Technical Support to end users
Answering inbound calls dealing with tickets logged and email correspondence.
Essential Criteria- All candidates must have a minimum of 12 months IT Helpdesk / Service Desk Experience and have knowledge on Internet trouble shooting, Outlook trouble shooting & basic computer troubleshooting


We require enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and play a team role and the ability to communicate with the client

Our client has requested that the successful candidate must have at least 1- 2 years Service desk experience

In return you will be paid an hourly rate of £8 per hour and benefit from an array of discounts from selective restaurants throughout Belfast
