Customer Service Advisor
We are delighted to offer a Customer Service Advisor role on a temporary bases located in Warwick.
You will feel at home from day one in our warm and welcoming office environment, with all training given from your first day with us.
Your new role will consist of managing all queries in relation to orders, deliveries, availability and general enquiries whilst providing exceptional customer service and support. As well as contributing to the team with daily workload through taking calls, responding to emails and processing sales orders through the relevant ordering systems.
Our ideal candidate would have customer service experience and well not being afraid to pick up the phone, though all training will be given on site.
This is a temporary role currently for 3 months; in return you will receive excellent working hours and pay, with free parking on site and weekly pay!
