We are currently recruiting x2 Pre-Employment Coach (Maternity Cover) to cover maternity leave for a 12 month period or until post holder returns to work
Grade: 3 - within a salary range of £20,870 - £26,980 (pro rata for part time)
Hours: 37
Location: Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire

What are we looking for?
For this role we are looking for a skilled practitioner and qualified teacher with focus on Customer Service and employability. You would be based primarily in the Nottinghamshire area but with the capability when required, to work across the East Midlands region and beyond.
This is a fast paced environment and you would be expected to be flexible enough to move between areas at short notice to deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment across our selection of accredited courses with the objective of preparing learners for sustainable employment.
As a Pre-Employment Coach you will also need to demonstrate commitment to achieve team targets and have knowledge of delivering Adult Skills training, working with funding and awarding bodies as well as being highly organised, efficient and have desire and aspiration for delivering OFSTED graded outstanding teaching and learning.

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- have a teaching qualification - PGCE, Cert ED, DTTLS or Equivalent
- have relevant sector qualification and/or occupational competence at level 3 or equivalent level experience
- be Occupationally Competent in the use of IT/PC Skills
- engage, inspire and challenge clients with dynamic learning delivery
