What are we looking for? 

Futures is recruiting for an outstanding Skills Coach to join our growing team delivering Apprenticeship frameworks and Standards in the business sector.  This person will have the desire to combine their experience of teaching, learning and assessment to provide high quality coaching and support to Apprentices and a range of employers.  Applicants will need to have experience of delivering to meet high expectations and a solid understanding of teaching learning and assessment cycle. A good knowledge of the Apprenticeship Reforms and Standards will be an advantage.

Job Specification Requirements
The successful candidate will:

  • Hold L3 Assessing Qualification
  • Hold a minimum L3 teaching or training qualification
  • Have recent occupational competence for Business Administration and Customer Service and preferably Team Leading and Management
  • Have strong time management and organisational skills
  • Have strong IT skills and knowledge of eportfolio systems
  • Have English & maths qualifications to L2 and able to embed knowledge and skills in all learning delivery
