I am currently recruiting for an Application support manager to join a market leading company in supply chain technologies, field service logistics, technical services and Smart Box solutions. Joining a vibrant and tenacious team, you will be responsible for the direct management of the application support team liable for delivering production application support services.
Your new role will involve managing the workload for the Application Support team which will include live support incidents, service requests, maintenance of live services and projects. You will be required to implement personal development plans for each member of the Application Support team, ensuring the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for Application Support performance.
As a support manager you will have excellent organisation skills with strong leadership experience and decision-making skills. You will have an analytical way of thinking with an ability to understand complex requirements. Along with the above to be considered for this role you must have proven experience in IT application support in a similar customer focussed environment, using Microsoft SQL Server, Windows and Windows server technologies. You MUST have a FULL UK driving license with great IT skills and knowledge.
Some international and UK travel will be required. An excellent salary is on offer, paying up to £45,000 for an experienced candidate.
