The Company:

This is a rapidly-expanding organisation within the import/export industry assisting clients with clearing their shipments at Middle Eastern and African customs. They work with a number of approved and accredited inspection agencies, government bodies and businesses to provide industry-leading turnaround times for issuance of export documentation such as Certificates of Conformity and Product Certificates. They have helped many clients to expand their business and introduce their products to new territories.

The Role:

They are looking for a new member to join our Technical Team and assist with the below duties:

- Supporting the Technical Manager with product research and analysis
- Liaising with clients and businesses worldwide to obtain product conformity documentation
- Providing continuous support to the Operations and Sales teams
- Learning new regulations and requirements to maintain and good level of knowledge
- General administration duties

The Candidate:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years office/administration experience
- Able to work using own initiative
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good at problem solving, logic & reasoning
- Fine attention to details/proof reading skills
- Competent in working with computer systems
- Willingness to learn
- Able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to adapt to change quickly
- Excellent telephone manner
- Must be comfortable around dogs (they have three very friendly dogs in the office!)
