This restaurant, bar and bespoke conference centre was left untouched for decades. Over two years has been spent sensitively transforming the building to bring it up to date. Set in the heart of the city centre, this is one of Manchester's premier venues for food, weddings, parties, fashion shoots and shows, conferences and much more.

This innovative, ground breaking business is looking to expand their team.

Main Duties
- Understand the vision & ethos and the operational approach of the conferencing and events business and be able to clearly articulate this to the external market
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to lead generation, tender to successfully win new business and work with the operational and bid team to deliver achievable financial and operational proposals
- Develop a strong sales pipeline including forward planning opportunities, identifying and researching new opportunities, and qualifying prospects
- Bring together different parts of the business to contribute to the sales process and engage with the client as appropriate, including briefing and preparation for site visits and presentations
- Build prospect relationships through telesales activity, networking and appointments
- Ensure that the culture of the company is sustained through values, behaviours and outputs
- Work on ad hoc projects that support the overall impact to the business and help develop sustainable growth as required

- Has the ability to multi-task and understands how to prioritise effectively
- Is a persuasive communicator with strong presentation skills
- Fully understands the company culture and lives the vision and ideals
- Personal attributes to include being well presented, personable and able to create rapport to develop client relationships
