Our client is a dynamic, ambitious housing association, providing affordable homes and services to over 16,000 customers across the North West.

They’ve got an exciting opportunity for highly organised and methodical individual to come and join the team and help to provide a proactive, customer driven lettings service.

So if you have a passion for delivering amazing services for customers … they want to hear from you!

Working in a Lettings Team, you’ll help to provide an effective administrative service to the department.  This is a key post in an established and successful department that seeks to ensure that a first class, seamless customer service is provided in the marketing of homes for rent and allocation.

By being the first point of contact for all customers over the phone and in person, you will provide a first class customer service to our tenants.  You will provide advice to a variety of lettings queries and general enquiries to include processing housing application forms and the subsequent correspondence.

With previous experience of the lettings process within social or private housing, you’ll be able to deal with all customer queries in a helpful and discreet manner.  You’ll also be familiar with Microsoft packages to include Word and Excel, and will have excellent written, verbal and numerical skills. Ideally you will have an understanding of contact record management (CRM) systems to record customer information and improve service delivery, though this is not essential. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is also required.

If this sounds like you…. Our client would love you to join their team and help to create the new!

They offer a supportive environment, pay good salaries, offer a great range of benefits and invest in colleagues, because they want to attract and retain the very best people.
