My client is currently looking for a sales negotiator to work within a bust estate agents in Walthamstow.
My client is a newly established estate agents based in Walthamstow. They have now been in the industry for 5 years and have grown rapidly with now over 3 branches locally. They are a high end agents dealing with expensive properties in Waltham forest.
You will be required to work 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 9am -5pm with a day off in the week. You will be generating leads, registering applicants, arranging & conducting viewings. You will be targeted to sell properties and will need to hit your monthly KPI`s. You will get 5% on all sales made. Your OTE should be around £25-35k in your first year. canvassing properties on the market - however this is not required often due to them being a busy branch.
My client are looking for a candidate that ideally lives local, YOU MUST BE A CAR DRIVER WITH YOUR OWN VEHICLE, have a good telephone manner & be well presented, 1-2 years lettings or sales experience is preferred however not essential. Sales experience is however essential.
£14,000 - £16,000 with 5% commission on all properties sold. You should be looking at an OTE of £23-30k in your first year. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. You are also given the christmas period off up to an additional 10 days. £150 monthly car allowance
