This is an opportunity to join an office equipment supplier based in Westerham, Kent. Due to rapid expansion within their service operation they have a position available for a call controller/ administrator to support their customer base that spans across the UK. They pride themselves on their outstanding customer service and strive for 100% customer retention.

They are looking for a highly motivated & hard working individual with experience of working within a customer services role.

As the role includes the planning of their engineers daily workloads, a good understanding of the UK's geography would be of benefit but not essential.

Above all else they are looking for someone who can work well under pressure within our busy service department, prioritize workloads, work well within a team and must have excellent communication skills.

The successful candidates main duties will include:

- Logging incoming service calls
- Keeping clients informed of service call progress
- Liaising with our service engineers to plan their work loads
- Managing monitoring software on clients equipment
- Placing consumables orders for clients
- Acting on service related emails & ensuing the mail box is kept up to date
- Contacting clients to obtain meter readings from their reprographics equipment
- Providing support to other team members when required

Full training will be provided on their monitoring software and in-house systems however a good understanding of word, excel & Microsoft outlook is essential.
