Senior Financial Crime Manager / MLRO
£65000 - £80000 per annum
In this role you will build a team of Financial Crime professionals and take responsibility of the MLRO. This is an opportunity for an ambitious Financial Crime professional to excel within a reputable business.
In this role you will:
* Ensuring the business meets the requirements of SYSC 6.3
* Fulfil the role of MLRO
* Managing the Financial Crime Team
* Support the General Counsel as a member of the Operational Risk Committee (and other Committees)
* Ownership of the Financial Crime strategy and framework
* Financial Crime Training, design and deliver regulatory training in conjunction with the Learning and Development team
