Facilities Engineer
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Facilities Engineer for a well established, prestigious, land mark building in the centre of Chichester, West Sussex.
This is a key role in the organisation and will involve dealing with staff throughout the organisation, sub-contractors, professionals and the public.
Requirements
Electrical bias
Mechanical experience
Good understanding of Microsoft and computer literate
Normal working hours Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00, 40 hours 5 days per week
Annual leave and sickness cover for duty engineers as required, to include Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday working for show cover
Out of hour's call-outs in the case of emergencies - on a rotating weekly call-out basis. This could be up to 11.00pm/midnight depending on requirements.
Call outs, additional hours and bank holidays worked will be taken as time off in lieu at an agreed time with your Line Manager
Experience or knowledge of the following:
Building Management Systems
Air conditioning plant
Low temperature hot water
Plumbing
Ground Source Heat pumps
Planned preventative maintenance
Water treatment
Fire Alarm testing
Desirable skills
Full UK driving licence
PAT testing
COSHH
