Our support services team has over 50 members of staff who work hard sharing their wealth of knowledge to support EMIS Health customers across the whole of the UK. We recruit people who are passionate about IT, customer service, developing their career and making a positive difference.

About the role:

As a Support Analyst you'll offer support on technical issues to our global customer base. This particular role will sit in our electronic patient records team, you'll be prioritising incidents, resolving them or even progressing them until a resolution is reached. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, empathising with our customers, keeping them informed of the status of their incident, whilst always focusing on delivering the best solutions.
Once you have completed training you'll move onto a shift pattern.

Our team:

Our support analysts, sit in teams of between 8 and 10 other support analysts and problem analysts. You'll be developed and trained by a team leader, currently we have 6 vibrant and ambitious leaders, who in turn report to the head of support.

Who you are:

We want to make sure you are set for success, this isn't all about your skills and that is why we would love to talk to you even if perhaps you don't fit all of the below.
+ a good technical understanding on software systems
+ strong SQL skills for interrogation of the SQL database
+ recent exposure to writing SQL scripts, using SQL Server 2005 or higher
+ customer service experience
+ contact centre, service desk or application support experience
+ understanding of ITIL
