Trainee Credit Controller

Trainee Credit Control. Our client, a well know organisation, based in Leicester is looking to recruit a Trainee Credit Control to join their team on an ongoing basis.
Being immediately available or on a short notice period, my client will offering full training within the Credit Control department. Once established, your role will involve the following elements;

*Chasing debt by phone, email and letter
*Credit checking
*Query handling
*Reconciling statements and delivery notes
*Allocating payments
*Correcting misallocations
*Assisting the Credit Control Manager with ad-hoc tasks

Ideally, you will possess a strong customer service background, possibly within banking or business to business. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
